My name is Sam, and I bring more than a decade of professional experience in disability support, with a focus on supporting young people with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
I believe meaningful support starts with trust, consistency and understanding.
I work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and other professionals to provide person-centred support that respects each individual's strengths, needs and goals.

Why Supporting Heroes Exists
While living in the southern regions of Adelaide, I witnessed far too many families struggling to access reliable support workers who were willing to commit long term.
This lack of continuity often undermined progress and placed additional strain on families already navigating complex circumstances.
Consistency is the foundation of trust, and trust is essential for meaningful progress.
For this reason, long term, relationship based support sits at the heart of Supporting Heroes.
Several of the individuals I support have worked with me for many years, as it is through strong, enduring relationships that genuine growth and lasting outcomes are achieved.
